JUREN NEW MATERIAL CO., LTD is a product manufacturing and international trade service company. We have been focusing on the processing of aluminum profiles and can produce more than 300 series and more than 10,000 specifications of aluminum products. The thickness of our aluminum profile ranges from 0.5mm-30mm, and the outer diameter ranges from 10mm-650mm. Production of aluminum profile
We have a strict quality control system and have obtained ISO90001 certification. The product quality complies with the national TS16949 standard. We keep a stock of 5000 tons of commonly used aluminum profiles throughout the year in order to provide you with aluminum profiles of various specifications, uses and surface treatments in time.
Our company has 18 aluminum extrusion production lines. The final stage after extrusion can be surface treated to improve its corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance. 600-10000 tons of extruders can meet the various needs of the market . Before we produce the mold, we design according to the section of the profile, and then extrude the heated round bar from the mold through the extruder. In addition, air quenching and artificial aging treatment will be carried out on aluminum alloys that allow heat treatment.
